In a series of studies carried out using tests on human volunteers, researchers found that sugary drinks can help cope with the tasks of memorizing about 20% better.
When volunteers were asked to recall the word list, participants in the experiment, the equivalent of drunk cans Coca-Cola, containing 25 grams of sugar, 11% remembered more words. By doubling the dose drink was recorded a 17 per cent "improvement".
Another study involving 25 adults aged between 18 and 52 years, also showed that participants ispivshie sweetness to 100 milliseconds faster than memorize sets of letters shown to them a few minutes earlier.
